We are looking for someone who already possesses established executive relationships throughout the mission critical data center industry. Ideal candidates have held leadership positions with organizations such as: Schneider Electric, Eaton, Vertiv, ABB, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, Cummins, Motivair, Wesco, Graybar, Accu-tech.

What Success Looks Like

Within the first 24 months, this executive will help BROGAV:

Expand strategic manufacturer partnerships across North America.

Secure preferred manufacturer programs.

Improve gross margins through strategic pricing and rebate negotiations.

Increase manufacturer-generated sales opportunities.
-
Secure Marketing Development Funds (MDF).
-
Expand factory certifications and authorized service offerings.
-
Build executive relationships throughout partner organizations.
-
Strengthen partnerships with engineering firms, consultants, contractors, and integrators.

Increase co-branded marketing initiatives and strategic account collaboration.
-
Position BROGAV as a preferred strategic partner within the mission-critical marketplace.

Primary Responsibilities
​
Strategic Vendor Partnerships
-
Develop executive-level relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and strategic partners.
-
Serve as BROGAV's primary point of contact for strategic vendor relationships.
-
Create annual business plans with key vendors that align mutual growth objectives.
-
Conduct quarterly business reviews with strategic partners.
-
Expand certified installer relationships.
-
Build executive relationships throughout each partner organization.
-
Identify new manufacturers and partners that strengthen BROGAV's portfolio.

Marketing & Co-Marketing Leadership
Partner closely with the Marketing team to maximize vendor-funded marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities include:

Develop annual co-marketing calendars with vendors.
-
Secure Marketing Development Funds.

Coordinate and help execute lunch-and-learns, webinars and training.
-
Produce joint case studies and customer success stories.
-
Work with marketing to plan trade show participation with vendors and execute joint digital marketing campaigns and social media initiatives with vendors.

Lead Generation & Business Development
Create opportunities that fuel the sales organization by:

Developing vendor lead-sharing programs.

Coordinating joint customer visits.
-
Facilitating introductions to key accounts.
-
Bringing manufacturers into strategic sales opportunities.
-
Identifying new market opportunities.
-
Supporting product launches.
-
Introducing emerging technologies to the sales team.
-
Expanding relationships with consultants, engineering firms, contractors, and integrators through vendor partnerships.

Partner Programs & Competitive Advantage
Help BROGAV become the preferred partner by:

Negotiating improved pricing programs.

Expanding rebate opportunities.

Obtaining demo equipment.

Increasing technical support and engineering resources.

Growing certification opportunities and expanding service authorizations that BROGAV can perform in house.

Coordinating factory training.

Sales Enablement
Support the Sales Team by:

Providing competitive intelligence.

Creating sales tools and resources with Marketing.
-
Connecting technical specialists to customer opportunities.
-
Helping sales teams position vendor solutions more effectively.
Industry Presence
Represent BROGAV throughout the mission-critical industry by:

Attending industry conferences and trade shows.

Building relationships with manufacturers and strategic partners.
-
Promoting BROGAV's value proposition.
-
Identifying emerging technologies and market trends.
-
Expanding BROGAV's visibility within the data center ecosystem.
Operational Rhythm
This role operates with disciplined execution and measurable outcomes, including:

Weekly vendor pipeline reviews.

Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with strategic partners.

Annual vendor business planning.

Monthly marketing planning meetings.

Vendor scorecards.
-
Lead generation reporting.

MDF tracking.

Partnership growth metrics.
Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience managing strategic vendor, manufacturer, or channel partnerships in the data center, mission-critical industry.

Strong understanding of channel sales and manufacturer partner programs.
-
Experience working with marketing teams on co-branded campaigns and events.

Proven ability to build executive-level relationships.

Strong business development and networking skills.
-
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
